If you have the little balls of fresh mozzella, use those, or just cut the larger chunks into bite sized pieces.
Cut tomatoes and add to cheese
Chop garlic and add to salad
Chiffonade/chop basil and add to salad
Add salt and pepper
Add olive oil
Gently toss all ingredients and allow to marinate and for the flavors to come together. Overnight is fine.
Serve at room temperature for maximum flavor.
