Garlic and herb stuffed shrimp

Preheat oven to 425

 

Peel and devein shrimp

 

Butterfly shrimp as instructed

 

Make stuffing with cracker crumbs, garlic, chopped parsley, fresh basil, Old Bay seasoning

 

Melt butter and add olive oil

 

Dip shrimp into butter/oil mixture and press top side of shrimp into cracker crumb mixture

 

Place on sheet tray

 

Add a little more stuffing to shrimp

 

Place pan into oven for approx 6-8 minutes

 

Remove from oven

 

Plate as you’d like and garnish with lemon wedge and parsely
