Grilled Pork Tenderloin

Preheat grill and get it very hot

 

Cut pineapple as instructed

 

Grill pineapple

 

Cut and grill fresh apricots or peaches

 

Grill strawberries

 

Cut and grill onions

 

Flip fruit on grill to get nice marks

 

Drizzle olive oil, salt and pepper, granulated garlic, red pepper, on the pork tenderloin on a sheet tray

 

Add pork tenderloin to grill

 

Cut and grill zucchini as instructed

 

Add salt, pepper, oil, and white vinegar to cooked brown rice

 

Chop and add fresh herbs to rice

 

Turn pork tenderloin over to sear on other side

 

Make glaze with maple syrup, mustard, rosemary, and crushed red pepper

 

Create your platter for the pork tenderloin with all of the items you’ve prepared

 

Cut pork slices about 1” thick

 

Add scallions and roasted jalepeno
