Mango Black Bean Salad

Cut mango as instructed and add to bowl

 

Cut avocado as instructed and set aside to add to salad at the end

 

Add beans, peppers, tomatoes, red onion, lime juice, cilantro(or parsley), salt, and pepper

 

Add and fold avocados into salad

 

Serve soon… within 1-2 hours
