Stuffed Tilapia

NEED TO ADD LINK TO CRAB CAKES FOR THE STUFFING FOR THEM TO SEE.

 

Preheat oven to 400

 

Add flour to plate to coat fish filets

 

Add fish filet to plate with blood line up

 

Add crab mixture to fish

 

Roll filet up around crab mixture and add to baking pan (add salt and pepper or old bay here too)

 

Add toothpick or skewer to hold fish together

Add white wine to pan

 

If you want, you can add a little pat of butter for richer flavor here.

 

Place pan into oven for approx 7-8 minutes

 

Remove pan from oven

 

Add cooking liquid to sauté pan or sauce pan on stove

 

Add more wine and cook for :30 seconds

 

Add lemon juice

 

Add butter to complete sauce

 

Add fish to plate

 

Add parsley, salt and pepper

 

Add sauce to fish

 

Garnish with lemon wedges and parsley sprigs
