Simple Roasted Red Potatoes

Preheat oven to 425

 

Red potatoes on sheet tray

 

Add olive oil

 

Add salt

 

Put into the oven and bake for approx 45 minutes

 

Remove potatoes from oven and allow to cool slightly

 

Slice potatoes in half or quarters

 

Add sliced potatoes into bowl

Chop rosemary, parsley, and other fresh herbs

 

Add olive oil, salt, pepper, and any other seasonings you want
