Simple Classic Baked Chicken

NEED TO ADD LINK TO HOW TO BREAK DOWN A CHICKEN

 

Preheat oven to 375

 

Spray sheet tray with non-stick cooking spray (optional)

 

Add chicken parts to tray

 

Mix seasoning/rub for chicken

 

Rub seasoning/rub into the chicken pieces

 

Put in oven for approx 45 minutes

 

Remove chicken from oven

 

Add to plate with rice and/or your choice of veg/potato

 

Garnish with parsley and lemon wedge
