Grilled Vegetables

Instructions with Timeline:

 

Preheat grill to hot

 

Clean grill so grates are relatively clean

 

Cut vegetables as shown:

 

Zucchini and squash

 

Bell Pepper

 

Put veggies into bowl

 

Toss with olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper

 

Grill on each side JUST UNTIL marks are made. You don’t want to overcook. Should only be about 21-2 minutes/side

 

Add veggies back into bowl and toss with mild vinaigrette and fresh basil

 

Plate as you feel necessary.
