Caprese Skewers

Create your mise en place – Choose some ingredients that you like to have on your skewers.

Allow your guests to assemble their own. They will LOVE it!

  • I used the following:
  • Shrimp I cooked off earlier with Italian seasoning
  • Fresh Mozzarella
  • Fresh Basil
  • Fresh Grape Tomatoes
  • Cucumber
  • Canteloupe
  • Proscuitto

Simply begin assembling your skewers as you see fit. Garnish with some fresh cracked pepper and/or fresh herbs and/or olive oil
