How to cut pineapple

  • Using a sharp knife, cut the top off of the pineapple.
  • Then the bottom.
  • Cut down from top to bottom, removing the skin.
  • Turn the pineapple over and cut the remaining skin off.
  • Cut down from top to bottom NEXT TO THE CORE to remove the first side.
  • Rotate the pineapple and repeat until all of the sides are removed and only the core remains.
  • Cut into chunks or slices as you like and serve.
