How to cut pineapple
- Using a sharp knife, cut the top off of the pineapple.
- Then the bottom.
- Cut down from top to bottom, removing the skin.
- Turn the pineapple over and cut the remaining skin off.
- Cut down from top to bottom NEXT TO THE CORE to remove the first side.
- Rotate the pineapple and repeat until all of the sides are removed and only the core remains.
- Cut into chunks or slices as you like and serve.
