Cleaning Fruits and Vegetables
- In a large bowl, combine a ratio of 1 gallon of water to 1 cup of vinegar.
- Add your produce and allow to sit for at least 10 minutes giving a little stir after 5 minutes to evenly remove contaminants.
- Using a “spider” or slotted spoon, remove your produce and dry on towel.
- Store as desired.
